Pastor: Rev. David A. JonesPastor Dave began his journey into ministry in 2002. Before he became a pastor, Dave worked in restaurants, loaded and unloaded tractor trailers, worked in landscaping, and worked at a printing company. When God's call into ministry became clear, Pastor Dave earned a bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix (Pittsburgh Campus) and attended seminary at the Methodist Theological School in Delaware, Ohio, where he earned a Master of Divinity degree. Over the years, Pastor Dave has served as youth director/associate pastor at First United Methodist Church in Irwin, Pa., as pastor of First United Methodist Church in Jeannette, Pa., and as student pastor at North Congregational United Church of Christ

in Columbus, Ohio. Upon graduation from seminary in 2009, he served as chaplain at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, before he accepted the call to be pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in McCutchenville, Ohio. He served Trinity UCC for 6 1/2 years until he accepted the call in 2016 to be the pastor of St. Mark's and St. John's UCC's in Lebanon. Pastor Dave is eager to see how God is working in and through the congregations he feels blessed to serve today!

Cindy has been a member of St. Mark’s for 30 years. She has worked in various positions over the years as Payroll Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, and Receptionist. She started working in the office as secretary in November 2021.
She is married to Michael for 49 years, who serves as a Pastor for two churches in Hegins, PA. She is a mother to three adult sons, Chris, Ben and Tim, and a grandmother to 1 granddaughter, Ava, and 3 grandsons, Aiden, Franklin and Walter. When Cindy is not working, she enjoys walking, visiting with friends, and enjoying her 4 beautiful grandchildren. |
Music Coordinator: Jeff ClouserI received my Certification in Church Music through Virginia Wesleyan University in 2015 and a BS degree in elementary and special education from Millersville University in 1991. In the summer of 2017 I began my Master of Arts in Church Music degree program at Trinity Lutheran Seminary at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio graduating on May 22, 2021. The faculty at TLS recognized my accomplishments by conferring on me the May Schwarz Award in Church Music, which is given to “a graduating student who show[s] outstanding potential for and commitment to the church’s music ministry.”
When I’m not at St. Mark’s coordinating music, I can be found supporting learners with intellectual and emotional disabilities at Manheim Central Middle School or participating in lifelong learning opportunities. Originally from Boyertown, PA, I now reside in Mount Joy with my husband Brent and our dogs Louie and Penny. I enjoy working in my yard, trips to the beach, and encouraging my son Addison as he pursues his degree in pastoral studies at Clarks Summit University |
Organist/Accompanist: Cindy JohnsonCindy joined the Saint Mark's staff in January of 2020 and served both the congregations of St. Mark's and St. John's until the time of St. John's closure. She works FT in a dental office but shares her love of music as our organist and also plays hand bells with the Bell Choir and the Bell Sextet.

Praise Team Director: Ken ShultzKen has been involved with music since childhood. He has sung in both church and school choirs and plays alto and tenor saxophone, clarinet and hand bells. He also plays saxophone with the Lebanon Community Concert Band and was a vocal soloist at the 2017 Patriot Concert. Ken earned a B.A. in Speech and Theater at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. He has been the Praise Team Director since September 2016.

Kid's Choir Director: Margaret "Peg" SchollPeg is a mother, aunt and grandmother and has spent much of her life enjoying the children in her family as well as children and youth in the church. She also sings with the Praise Team and enjoys sharing her musical talents! She has been the director of the Kid's Choir since Fall 2019.
